For your shipment, please contact APT (Prowine HK appointed logistics partner) directly to submit the shipping documents before 9th April. Please include your commercial invoice & packing list (CCIPL) — click here to download the CCIPL form.
Send it to wendy.tam@aptshowfreight.com / kaman.lee@aptshowfreight.com, including the waybill number, CCIPL, name of exhibition (Prowine HK - The Drinks Business), and your contact details to ensure your samples are not misplaced.
Notes:
- Alcoholic Strength Below 30%: APT accepts courier shipments.
- Alcoholic Strength Above 30%: These are considered dutiable cargo and will require an import permit in advance. Spirits sent by normal airfreight will be accepted.
